What should I do if I can no longer continue my ride? How much does it cost to retrieve the bicycle?

If you need to stop your ride, please contact Customer Support first by phone, email, or another method.

Then, please follow the steps below.

1. Move the bicycle to a place where it can be parked for 2–3 days.
2. Return to our store using public transportation or another means.
3. Return the bicycle key and any other items to the store by 5:00 p.m. on the final day of your rental.

Bicycle retrieval fee

• Within 10 km of the store: ¥4,400
• Over 10 km: An additional ¥2,200 for every additional 10 km

If you have enrolled in the安心快適パック and meet the applicable conditions, our store will cover the bicycle retrieval fee.
