What should I do if I get a flat tire while renting a bicycle for multiple days?

If you get a flat tire during a multi-day rental, please handle it using one of the following methods, depending on the type of bicycle and your repair experience.

For cross bikes and road bikes
Please repair the bicycle yourself using the repair kit that comes with it.

For other types of bicycles, or if you are unfamiliar with repairing flat tires
Please ask a nearby bicycle shop to repair it.

Under the terms of the agreement, our staff cannot come to your location to provide repairs or roadside assistance. Please be aware of this in advance.
