How much does recovery cost if I retire during the ride?

We charge the following standard recovery fees based on the distance from the store.
・Within a 10 km radius of the store: ¥4,400 (tax included)
・For each additional 10 km: +¥2,200 (tax included)
※If you are enrolled in the “安心快適パック (¥880)” and the issue falls under an eligible problem (flat tire, mechanical failure not caused by the customer, accident, etc.), the recovery fee is waived.
