First, please remain calm and contact the store (Customer Support) by phone.

1. Move the bicycle to a nearby safe paid bicycle parking facility or similar location (somewhere it can be parked for 2–3 days) and lock it.
2. Return yourself by public transportation or other means, and return the bicycle key and other items to the store by 5:00 p.m. on the final day.
3. Store staff will visit the site at a later date to retrieve the bicycle (you will be responsible for the actual retrieval costs).
