How do I cancel my reservation?

・Up to two days before your reservation
Complete the cancellation process by following the on-screen instructions on the reservation confirmation/change page available after your online payment is completed.

・The day before or the day of your reservation
Please contact the store directly by phone (or email). Cancellations cannot be processed through the web system.
