Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation free of charge until 5:00 p.m. two days before the rental date.
For cancellations made after that time, the full rental fee will be charged as a cancellation fee, except in cases of inclement weather.

In addition, individual customers who reserve 10 or more rental bicycles
and corporate customers who reserve 5 or more bicycles will be charged a 30% cancellation fee starting 10 days before the rental date.
