Can I reduce the number of bicycles I reserved? Is there a fee for partially canceling my reservation?

If you reduce the number of bicycles you reserved, changes made by the day before your rental date are free of charge.

You cannot make the change yourself, so please contact the store by phone or email.

If you reduce the number of bicycles on the day of your rental, a cancellation fee will apply.
