Refunds

If you cancel within the period during which no cancellation fee applies,
the amount paid by online card
can be refunded even after the payment process has been completed.
Refund processing may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the payment method.

If a cancellation fee applies,
we will refund the amount after deducting the cancellation fee.
